There are no Icons in PageBuilder -&gt; Images Slider

In PageBuilder ImagesSlider arent any Edit-Icons (On Orange ground)
drive.google.com/file/d/1kUvx9tirqjMtb5k...RUS/view?usp=sharing
All other "Modules" have it:
drive.google.com/file/d/1dFQP-99QEkVdwAU...jKS/view?usp=sharing

This is a complete new Joomla and PageBuilder installation ..
What´s going wrong?

Fix issue with controls on some items
