From Page Builder CK Params to Page Builder Pro

In Joomla Update Page Builder CK Params appeared to be updated from 2.4.8. On the JoomlaCK website I found Page Builder Pro at my account so I downloaded it and installed it. Because Pro is not Params, Params was still in the update list. So I deinstalled Page Builde CK and reinstalled PB Pro. But now all modules created with PB were gone!!! So I had to create alle these modules again.
On JoomlaCK website I can not find instructions how to update from Params to Pro.
Also in Extension Manager CK PB Pro is marked as Expired, while I still have more than 180 days left.

Hope there will be some clear instructions to update from Params to Pro in a smooth way.

the best solution is
- uninstall params
- install pro version
- rebuild the update sites

it will do the job
you can restore your modules from a backup. You must not uninstall the Page Builder CK, only the Params
Unfortunately if you uninstall an extension, joomla will remove all modules of that type.
