I would just like to create a "real" template virtuemart with TCCK and PBCK, use imageeffect CK for the presentation of products and categories, position titles as we do for a showcase site etc.
If I simply assign the template created for the part of the site "showcase" to the part "shop", I cannot, for example not use imageeffectCK on the products, nor change the appearance and the position of the arrows "next product" ...

Sincerely, I don't think that yours it the best approach. The simplest way for customize a VM shop is:

• use Template Creator to create effective positions for your ecommerce
• modify the VM CSS file, making an override
• use Page Builder to create styled modules that you can insert into the product page (or wherever you want).

This is the easiest way to have a personal style.Building from scratch a template for VirtueMart using Template Creator CK is, in my opinion, not possible. It's a matter of PHP code, not only CSS.
