click on the button under it, it must add the tag "{filedslist}" in your textarea. This is what will render the fields. You can then wrap them into an html code, or add any other text

can you please check in your plugins >> page builder ck type >> search for the contact plugin
it must be called "contact2" , if you still have the "contact" plugin then disable it

Also create a new contact form from a page from Page Builder CK and tell me if you get another result

I deleted that contact form and created a new one. I changed nothing more. Works fine now. Suggest how I can change (html, css) the appearance of the "email message" received, different color, font, table. e.t.c

Where can I translate the first line of the message, header:
"New email request from "....." message"

you can override the string "PLG_PAGEBUILDERCK_CONTACT_EMAIL_REQUEST" which is the prefix of the email ("New email request from")
currently you can not override the way it shows the data '{fieldslist}', this is formatted in the plugin
but if you use the textarea in the form options, where you must load '{fieldslist}', you can wrap arround any html code and do what you want
