Unfortunately the issue is still present, even if in a lightly different way.
The issue appears not just after my modifications, but when I save the module. In other words: the preview inside the module is correct after modifications, but after having clicked the Save button, the issue arises.
But be calm, Cédric: I can workaround it by cleaning and resaving any listfield if I need to edit the module, by now. I have to make this new site ready on late September. So, enjoy your summer!
