This was a normal Joomla article which I changed to a PB one. The formatting data appeared. So I made a brand new article and changed to PB and pasted in the raw code from the old page. Still the formatting code showed.

Ahhh think I know why this is happening. PB 2.3.2 is installed. However, I had previously updated it with 2.3.5 but, for some reason, it didn't install. I just re-installed 2.3.5 and "About" still shows 2.3.2.

Hi
may be that you are confusing the PB version and PB Params version ?
For the data showed, have you edited the article using a user that is not super admin ? You must set the user group >> text filter >> no filter
try that and let me know

Yes I was actually! Both versions ARE correct.
I was editing with a super user, but the filtering wasn't set to none. I have changed that and it seems to be working OK now. Thanks!
