PB Params - Open Street add-on error

I have never user this add-on, havign always used Google Maps. However, when seeing the amount of time, and the number of calls made by Google Maps, I decided to give it a go.
However, after adding it to a PB module, when clicking the edit button I get an error. After dismissing it, I can go on to edit the item, adding the address, etc. However, when I go to save, it never saves,; it just hangs, working, working, working.... I am using Joomla 3.9.1 and the latest PB and PB Params.

just for info, the version 2.3.4 of Params shall fix this issue
