"ckLoadEditionPopup" is missing

I was working on a site yesterday and now today I get this message.""ckLoadEditionPopup" is missing"
I have cleared my cache in Joomla and the browser, I have tried Firefox, Internet Explorer, Vivaldi, and Opera. I used Admin Tools to purge sessions and I am running out of ideas on what to do. A site that is built identically is not having this issue - any ideas ?

check that you have the latest versions of Page Builder (and Params if you have it)
Try to logout, clear all the caches, login again and tell me
When does this happens ? on which block edition ?

I did all that - logged in and out etc. It happens on all the the elements - so odd though since everything worked fine yesterday

I do keep getting a 504 error so maybe that has something to do with it ?
I am only getting it when I go to Content>>Articles and not when I go to Components>>Pagebuilder CK>>Pages

thanks for the access, the problem is the plugin
"Content - My Maps Location"
once disabled, it works. You can check yourself. it seems then that this plugin renders something wrong when integrated into your articles

Thank you for looking. I will proceed with the folks that manage that component to see what I can do to continue using both.
