Contact addon (Page Builder CK Params )

1/ go in the plugins manager >> search for contact >> check if you hav e1 or 2 contact plugins for page builder ck. You must have only the "contact2" enabled
2/ create a new page and add a new contact block, then check if it works

Solved! I've deleted the old contact form from the old page an rebuild a new one. That works! Thanks CEd
