Upgrade to versions 2.2.6 not working correctly

I am running Joomla 3.8.8 and updated Pagebuilder to 2.2.6 along with the correct plugins, etc. When adding text, images, etc to a module or article, the item can not be saved. None of the menu buttons work, ie. save, save and close, etc. And nothing is saved. I actually removed all of the plugins, modules, components and installed a fresh version of 2.2.6 and the result is the same. I cannot create anything with Pagebuilder at this point in time. Need some idea on how to fix.

The issue is the check mark button in the editor column which is the activate button. Does not work. The X button does not work either.

Interesting. Seems to be a Chrome issue. Tried in Firefox and appears to work

Recent Chrome update must have some corruption. Reloaded and flushed cache. Now Page Builder working except for column issues.
