Images always aligned to left, whatever I select

In my website www.adottareunmaggiorenne.it when I select any image to be aligned to the right or to the center, it shows correctly in the administartor side (back-end), but it always shows aligned to the left in the front-end.
How to get those images to be aligned to the center?
I have enclosed 2 pictures taken from www.adottareunmaggiorenne.it/fase-2 , showing the correct back-end and the wrong front-end.

I have just tested by my side and it works

Is there a command line I can write somewhere in order to override this problem?

the problem here comes from the css of your template that modify the native <img> tag behavior

try to add this code to force it to its natural way again
