Disable respontsive settings

Dear admin,
How can i disable respontsive settings of Page Builder CK?
and do you know disable responsive of Protostar template too?
i want to view in mobile the same desktop, no need responsive all of my site.

in page builder ck, there is no way to disable the responsive. if you don't want this behavior, you must override all responsive CSS yourself with a custom css file

I make protostar non responsive successfully but pagebuilderck not yet.
i also try remove all @media in pagebuilderck.css but nothing change.
no way to disable the responsive of page builder ck, right?

i make no responsive successfully all of my site. But when i view my site in mobile, it still zoom one part of my site, so i must zoom out to view total my site.
how can i view total my site when i load on mobile?

i delete <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" /> in index.php file and it work fine.
