Title or not title?

I configured an image as shown in the image below.
Note the title.
The image appears as shown in the image below.
The title works. Don't care about the rest of text: it's burned within the image
If I exam the HTML code (see the image below), I see the title tag of the image is empty end the title string is used in another div.
OK, but I need a real title tag.
Since the title tag could often be different from the title use by Page Builder CK, the best thing should be having two different params:

this is because you use the Image Effect CK on your image
but the title tag on an image has no other goal than give an information for your visitor (here you got it with the effect)
if you want to give a description to your image for the SEO, you must use the alt tag
