PageBuilder V2 Mobile defaults

Hi, thanks for improvements in v2 it really great and now it even more flexible.

By the way I faced now to big problem, after sites update I realized that now on mobile phone all columns goes horizontal and it brakes mobile sites quite hard.
At mobile phone columns should go vertical on default, this also related to obsolete sizing 320 and 480, modern phones have higher resolutions and based on current setup (320 and 480) at both cases columns should go vertical.

I found global setting for resolution, but is it possible to make there default for design globally and make tool (button) to apply global setting for all (or selected) pages?

Please update to the 2.0.3 and tell me. The responsive backward compatibility and default behavior for new items shall be fixed

Yes! Looks like 2.0.3 fixed problem at sites where I din't do fixes myself)))
Hopefully I make own fixes only at few sites.

One more wish, there is 'Icon and text' element in PB, it would be really great to have option there to define icon position left, top, right, bottom. Now it place icon only at top and it makes this element hard to use.
