Clearing browser cache, etc had no effect. Works fine in Firefox but not Chrome. Other sites I use with Joomla 3.7.5 are not affected. Strange thing with thing is the little circle in the color window does not track the cursor but it will move around the screen as long as I hold down the left button. It is not a Pagebuilder issue but something with my Joomla configuration and Chrome.
