Using the contact element

I looked at Video and followed the instructions, but for some reason it does not load up a user and therefore does not load correctly. When I click on select, I get nothing showing in my list but would expect to see the users in the site listed?

If this is not correct, then what is to be done.

you shall go in your admin >> menu >> contacts component >> here you must create a contact
then you can see it in the contact element
