Footer formatting wrong on only one page

Hello,

Can you please look at notarthomas.com/balanced

The footer on the "contact" page is incorrect and I can't figure out what is triggering it. It is correct on every other page. The page is using page builder in both the article and the footer. I have tried removing the modules in the article, thinking there was a tag or something causing the problem, but nothing I try works.

you have set the row to be "full width" in page builder, remove this

Thank you -- I didn't know that setting was there. Still don't understand why it only affected one page -- any insight would be welcome.
