Can't edit pages after Move from Dev to Production

I am using Joomla 3.6.4 and version 1.4.2 of Pagebuilder CK. The Dev server (which is on a subdomain of the main site) is working fine; the live site shows up, but there is no ability to edit pages. Used Akeeba backup to move site; no other issues at all on the site. All plugins enabled. Tried disabling component and all plugins and re-enabling. Nothing changed. Image attached of problem.

Also of note is that if I insert a new page, I can edit it temporarily until I exit the page, then it is also not editable. I can provide login info, but don't want to put it here publicly.

UPDATE: This appears to be a caching issue with Google Chrome. Despite clearing cache, it won't work in Chrome; but will work in FF and IE. I will leave this here because of the error that popped up, but at this time seems to be working ok as long as I use FF. Thanks!

this looks like a cache issue like you said. I have just tested by my side, it works with pbck 1.4.2 + J! 3.6.4 in Chrome
