Error message: Lack of access rights - File

I get this error massage at the Front end and at the Back end when the images are resized (smaller than the original)

Lack of access rights - File '/|URIROOT|/images/pagebuilderck/Flyer-neu.jpg'
Lack of access rights - File '/|URIROOT|/images/pagebuilderck/Falzflyerneu.jpg'
Lack of access rights - File '/|URIROOT|/images/pagebuilderck/Visitenkartenneu.jpg'

Whith the original size there are no problems. But I don't want save the images smaller.

Can anybody help me? Thanks.

I don't understand what you mean here with image resizing. The images are used like available on the server. there is no resizing feature in the pagebuilder

the URIROOT shall not be present as it is replaced with the server base domain

When I use the image without any size parameters I don't get any error messages, with each other size parameter than 100% I get this message(s).
