Embedded video starts automatically from alone

Hello,
when I enter the direct video url to an mp4 file, the movie starts immediately, when the site which embbeded the video is loaded. This happens when the flag in pb is set to autostart=no.


If I embbed the video Url in HTML5 code the video doesn't start automaticaly.

When I set only the youtube site for the video, it works. But I want to embedd a video from another site, where this doesn't work. So I would like to use the direct link to the mp4 file.

check the mp4 url in your browser, because if you load it from another website then the autoplay feature is managed by this website and no more by the code from pagebuilder

Yes that is exactly what I mean.

But when I embbed the video link in the above HTML 5 code the video ist not automatically played. The question is, if it should be a new feature for the pb video modul, when a video url is linked directly to an mp4 file.

I just checked, I select a mp4 file on the server using the select button, then change the autoplay to yes/no, both options works by my side
