Put the 1.3.2 but does not work at this point do not know what the problem is, only works offline, and if they are logged in as admin

ok then you have another problem, not in pagebuilder (not due to an update like you told)

check if you have installed something recently, try to unpublish your additionnal "system" and "content" plugins to see if it works then
