Hey superman, hope you are well.

Setting up options for an item in j2store. When typing in the field, a list of possible selections is supposed to show. See attached images. This works okay when I create the 1st options, but if I come back and try to add more options, no selections show.

Tech support gave me this. Does it make any sense to you?

The issue was caused by the CK PageBuilder.

It loads a custom Jquery UI which does not have the auto-complete feature.
So even if we disable Jquery UI loaded by J2Store, the autocomplete will not work because the CK Pagebuilder's jquery file does not include it.
There is no way to turn off the Jquery UI loaded by the builder.

And the pagebuilder loads everything twice (which is not a good practice)

Please contact the developer of the CK Page builder to resolve the issue.

It's a backend issue. An account has been created for you in the previous install.

J2store>Catalog>Products> Select any opens new tab

New Tab
'J2Store Cart' tab>
Bottom left black menu 'Options'>
Option name filed> type one of the following: air alarm extra glass

A selection list should pop up showing the choices with those words.

Those words are under J2Store>Catalog>Options



If this is a complicated conflict, you don't have to look into it. It may be out of your realm of support. Thought I would run it by you in case it was an easy fix because you are a genius.

I'm just surprised because I don't understand why Pagebuilder is loaded in the J2store interface

I went on your website. I did not know J2store and I discover how it works (directly in articles ? strange )
I understand now what can be the problem. If I understand this occurs when you switch your article to Pagebuilder CK, right ?

but then you can use the editor button to load a page with a tag to avoid such problem. I don't plan for now to change the way I load teh files here, just because I experienced to many compatibility issues in the past with other extensions and Pagebuilder is now working correctly this way
