'Load a Model' error on opening page

Hi

Have just purchased and installed Pagebuilder Params. Having created a new page, when selecting 'Load a model' I get the error message as per the attached image.

Am going to reinstall Joomla and try a fresh setup, but wanted to run it past you anyway in case it is something obvious!

it seems that your server can not communicate with my server (where the models are located)
Please contact me by email with your server IP to check this together
