Deletion problem

Hello Ced,

After upgrading to the latest version of pagebuilder i tried the export option which worked like a charm.

But the problem i face was this, after export I deleted the page using the trash button but the entry in the table pagebuilderck_pages was not actually deleted. After importing the page I had exported, I went to the my menu and after adding a pagebuilder menu item , clicking in the select page combo it brought me 2 entries.

yes, I decided to not remove from the DB (in case of...)
for the menu item listing, I have seen this and it will be fixed in the next release. You just have to choose the last one in the list for now
