Unable to get mobile menu to appear was created by lcoleman

Hi,
I have maximenu working on several sites. For an unknown reason the mobile menu does not appear on one site even though all extensions have been added and published. Could I please get some assistance?

I managed to solve the problem. I missed a setting.
