you must setup the position and effect, both on "top fixed"
because for now it's on "normal" which means top of the page

Of course!

Mobile Menu CK is always placed on top. When I scroll down the page, all the elements go under the menu, but the map covers the menu. Why?

Perfect as usual!

Why does the submenu change its appearance? Please see. I click "O nas", "Lokalizacje", "Bydgoska". There is no longer any separation between the individual menu options.

I have checked and it seems that there is a problem with the level 4 styles generated by the menu
I need to reproduce the issue by my side and check how to fix it
