Displaying on laptop and mobile or neither?

I just purchased this extension wanting a simple mobile menu.  It seemed to work fine but then stopped working. I'm not having problems with the menu design (yet....) but I created a very simple one that looks okay. But sometimes it displays on the laptop, then it stops displaying on mobile. I just want it to stay one way or the other.
I have two menus. The Directory Menu (default) and a Site Menu for articles. Each one calls the other one. Here are my module settings on both - they are the same.:
Detect: Tablet & Phone
Menu: Top Fixed, Always, Top Fixed, Accordion
Open on active, Open on click, Whole Menu Bar
Hide Desktop
This results in menu at top for both laptop/desktop and tablet/mobile.  

Please tell me which settings I need to keep it on for mobile and off for desktop please.

I finally got it to work using the Detection: Resolution and 640.. It always works on phones now. I would still like it to appear on a tablet as well though. What information do you need from me for you to look at it?

ok, to make it appear on tablet you can simply increase the resolution value to what you need
