Version 1.5.19 - options to style the heading items

In the latest version of mobile Menu there is an option for Headings (Only Compatible with MaxMenuCK)
I can see you can style the Heading, but the Heading seems to go at the bottom of the menu. See screen shot
Q. What information goes in the heading? Where do you place that information.
