I see, in fact there is no Mobile Menu CK loaded in your page
what you see is the mobile menu from the T3 template framework

Please do a test with the template Cassiopeia or Protostar to check how it works , because the template frameworks are very specific especially when it comes to manage another menu

then you can also try to publish your menu module in another template position
