Menu item not showing was created by Thrane

Hi
I have a menu item that pops up EngageBox by Tassos, so the link is just #, but this item don't show in the Mobile menu?
It should be beneath "Institutioner" on this page:
leder.thr.nu/referater-og-dokumenter

The LI is there, but no content.

Any good advice?

this link is an image, there is no text
check in the mobile options that you have enabled "include images"
