After update of the Extension from 1.0.15 to 1.5.13 it stopped working.

The website of our client has Maximenu CK PRO 9.1.20 and Mobile Menu CK Pro 1.0.15. Joomla 3.10 PHP Version 7.4.30

We bought subsription for both extensions and installed the latest versions on our dev site (there were no error messages). Unfortunately the Mobile Menu CK stopped to work after update.

We've cleared the cache, deactivated and activated extensions and deactivated and activated it for the menu module, but we still see on the mobile not the mobile menu version, but the desktop one. All the settings: colors and css all is still there in the component backend, but not working.

Any idea why it is so and how to fix it? We can give access to dev site, but need to know your IP, cause there is an IP protection on the dev site.

As I said, it was only updated on the dev site and not live:
Dev site: dtm.dev2.typo3-agentur-augsburg.de/de/
On live it still works, cause it wasn't updated there. And on dev it was updated and doesn't work after update. I would prefer to fix it on dev first and only after that update it on live.

I created an user for you, so that you can bypass IP protection, but I don't see an option how to send the login data to you. No private messages here

please go in your menu module >> css suffix >> add " nav" and check if it works

There were 2 suffixes: Menu Class Suffix and Module Class Suffix. I've added the nav class to the Menu Class Suffix field only and it works now
