Mobile Menu CK Pro - Problems with initialising

dear cedric,
i m using since years the maximenu ck with the maxi mobile plugin on different websites.
now i installed for the first the Mobile Menu CK Pro and just can make the mobile navigation appear.
i checked the documentation and support, but no chance.
i m using a blank / bootstrap-template.

is there a way to get support?
