Removal of "Menu" label in menu bar? (SOLVED)

Ok, I've managed to solve the issue, by doing the following:

* Updated the installation of Mobile Menu CK from ver. 1.0.7 to 1.0.8
* Changed the menu from using the default Joomla / Protostar menu module to a MaxiMenu CK menu module
* In the "Modules: Menu" screen, at the Mobile Menu CK tab, I made sure the "Show the mobile menu text" field was set to "None" (see the screenshot above)

That combination removed the "MENU" label from the mobile menu. I don't know why updating to ver. 1.0.8 apparently made the difference.

Something related to making this change that I also want to do, is to move the mobile menu icon (the three bar icon) from the right side of the menu bar over to the left side. I'm finding this, however, to be much more difficult than I expected it to be.

I've opened another forum topic to cover that issue:
* Moving the mobile menu bar icon from right to left

Just read through this because I too want to get rid of the Menu text at left of the Menu bar and none of this worked for me.

I know says solved but rather than clutter the site just jumped in.

Should seem this should be a pretty easy one click option, so I am pretty sure it is, but must be beyond my little brain to comprehend.

I would also like to have a logo appear where Menu text current appears.
Also is there a way to make the + and Minus for accordion smaller.

Thanks in advance.

Hi
- the menu text "none" must work, please confirm the Mobile Menu CK version that you are using
- you can set a logo in the Maximenu CK module, this will be compatible with Mobile Menu CK
- for the +/- icons, you can change the font size, using the interface or in the CSS

Updated to version 1.0.9, however I see a problem in that the option for none is an option under existing menus, my menu in use is under the custom menu tab with does not give the option for Menu label none.

Got the + - font size change, so took care of that part, thank you.
