mobile menu in desktop cache was created by addington
I am not sure if this is a Maximenu ck problem or Mobile Menu CK but I frequently go to the site on desktop and find that the megamenu has been replaced by the burger menu. It is resolved by cleaning the website cache (ie not the browser nor cloudflare) but that's not good for users who don't have access to the administrator area.
see the attached screenshot.
It must be a setting but I can't find it. Can you help, please?

Hi
I have checked your website but for now I'm not able to see the issue
Please try to go in the maximenu module >> advanced >> use cache >> NO
this should disable it for the module only, check and see if it works

Thanks for replying.
I alreadu had caching set to "No chaing" and (although it should not apply), I also set the cache time to 0.
I haven't seen it for 24 hours now but it has been happening regularly.
If it hapens one more time, then I will back the site up to a staging site (withyou as a superuser) and wait for it to happen and then leave it there for you to see.

have you tried to simply disable the Joomla cache ?
(by my side I never use it because it causes too much problems for calling scripts correctly)

I am a little reluctant to disable the Joomla cache because page loading speeds are already a problem. It has not happened again since I reported the issue above (but it happened many times before that).
let's wait. Maybe it has solved itself?

may be
the cache of joomla does not manage all the aspects of loading speed, it only caches the page itself to shorten the time to make the requests. It does not reduce its size
