using ck image effect

Hello, i read the instructions for installing the plugin.i installed it but i dont know how to use it.In documentation is written " the only thing you have to do is to add the CSS class on your image. You can use your editor is it has the ability to set a class, or edit the source code to add the class manually to the image tag. "
how can i add css to an image?i have to create an article with the image and then write on image source code?i am new to joomla and i cant understand how to do this.Can you explain me step by step how doing this?Thank you in advance

Go in the article, insert your image like you want, then switch your editor in HTML mode (toggle editor). Then you see the code and you can add
class="XX"
on the <img /> tag
I will think on a editor button to manage this
