Using Image Effect with Gantry

Any idea on how to incorporate Image Effect into a Gantry template? I'm not using the JCE editor to add images.

I don't know, but to use Image Effect CK the only thing you need is to give the css class on the image
so if you can add a css class on an image, you can do it
