Cannot get Imageffect button in tinimce editor

Hello, I just installed Image Effect CK Pro version and cannot activate the button in tinymce editor. There is no such a button in plugin settings of Tiny MCE. Can you help me with this? I already tried uninstal and instal again ImageEffect but still no luck.

this is not a button from Tinymce config, this is a Xtd-Editors type plugin
by default it shall be enabled on install, but you can check it in your plugins list

then in the editor, click on the button "CMS Content", where you can find the list of all joomla plugin, including the Image Effect CK
