URGENT - After upgrade an error1146 appears

I upgraded to the pro version for the site www.unitapastoralemalo.it
But after the upgrade, an error message appears:

If I try to modify the images in the backend, the same error appears:

What can I do?

go in the plugins >> system >> image effect ck >> disable it
it will remove the error
Now I have to check why this happens

The site is visible again and so the links in the images. Obviously, the effects don't work...
I still cannot access the Image Effect CK compontent (Components → Image Effect CK, but now I am able to access and modify the modules containing images.
One note: the problem deals with all the custom modules, even if the had no images in the content. Quite strange!

the plugin is called, even if there is no image because you have an editor which loads the button for the image effect
please try to remove the Image Effect CK Params and install it again. Let me know if the problem is fixed

But where can I find the Image Effect CK Params?
So I disinstalled and reinstalled the Pro version: now all work fine.
