No parameters available!

I have installed Image Effect CK Params and the Image Effect CK plugin on a new Joomla 3.9 site. I see an Image Effect CK button in the editor, which bring up a four-line menu of effect options. However, I cannot find the larger menu of parameters, where colour etc can be changed. In the component I see almost nothing (see image). What am I doing wrong?

Help appreciated.

click on the green button "New" to create a new style, here you can do what you want and you will find your styles in the list form the button of your editor
