Yes, when I use the provided URL above, it will access the page with the styles list, where I can create my own styles.
I can also access the options page via the menu "System -> configuration -> Image Effect CK Params"
I still cannot access the styles list via the menu "Components -> Image Effect CK Params"

You could propose next the new version of plugin

I have fixed this in the 2.0.3 version, you can now access the styles list directly
