"Image Effect CK" button in jce closes the jce

I installed the extension in my joomla 3.8.12 version and the "Image Effect CK" button was automatically inserted in the jce editor:

But when I click on the button, the editor dialog in closed:


so how can I open the dialog to specify an image effect?

I just checked the image effekt adding the class directly into the source code:

<p><img src="/images/antipodes/antipodes-musikserver-apps-gui.jpg" alt="antipodes musikserver apps gui" style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" class="effectck-lily" title="My title::A little description" /></p>

and you can see on the website that it does also not work:

it is the second image from the top of the article, you can see the class in the sourcecode, but it does just nothing when I move the mouse on the image.

The plugin "Button - Image Effect CK" is activated of course...

I had instaöleld only the
com_imageeffectck_2.0.2.zip

after installing the imageeffectck_2.2.3.zip
it worked fine, thanks a lot for your help
