Add hyperlink in description

Can we add hyperlinks to tittles or descripton for
www.joomlack.fr/en/joomla-extensions/image-effect-ck

so how can i add hyperlink in

"A little description"

for example word "description" will be hyperlink to www.joomlack.fr

I tried and this worked.
