Floating Box doesn't work

I have just bought the Floating Box plugin. Unfortunately, it doesn't work or I don't know exactly how to implement it. I have YoothemePro in use. PHP 8.1.

- please tell me on which module you have enabled it
- try to make it work in the Cassipeia template and tell me if it works
- I also see a JS error in your page because of a non closing tag : <script> is started but the previous one is not closed. You must fix it
