display floating with mobile

Could we display floating with mobile? I want it floating with computer only one.
In my problem if you test here
username : rmis
password : 123456789
Module ID : Mod155

If you test with mobile devices and scroll my website until no loading content. And then you will see Mod155 is a stick at the bottom, and you will face the problem when you want to scroll my website to the top again.

Could you help me to display stick with mobile.

you can edit the plugin "system - floating module ck", then you can modifiy the resolution option. Set it to 1px, so that it will display also on mobiles
