On floating on mobile device

My module is really stick on computer but it can't stick on mobile devices and Ipads.
I want when someone opens my website with mobiles or iPads screen, the module will stick automatically without a scrolling down.

yes, "min screen resolution" is set to 640
under this value, it stops floating. if you want to float on small screens, you can set this value to "1"
