Floating Module not working was created by estice

Hello,
My name is Robert Estice, I purchsed and installed the Floating Module CK on 10 November 2020. I activated the plugin, but the module is not working. Here is the site: www.wkhscounselors.com/new/index.php/aca...c/parent-information
The module with Floating Module CK applied is the "Parent Information Menu" and I'm using the YooMonday template by YooTheme: yootheme.com/joomla-templates/monday

Please advise to resolve this issue. I can give you back-end login if need be.

Thanks for developing cool extensions!
Robert

Hi

Thanks for developing cool extensions!

thanks :)

for your problem, I 'm afraid that the template would be in cause
Please test with a module publish in the template "protostar", and see if it works
If yes, then you shall contact Yootheme to ask them why the function "onAfterRenderModule" is not triggered when the module is rendered in the template. This is a native joomla feature/function/event

I have the same problem. I have had the floating module working for several years in a protostar based template, and today I just renewed my subscription and updated to Joomla 3.10.1. As soon as the upgrade completed, the floating module stopped working. I checked, and it is still enabled and otherwise looks properly installed. The web page is at: sota.aetherwizard.com/quantum-structure

Hi
you have a JS error in your page that may cause the problem :

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).latex is not a function
<anonymous> sota.aetherwizard.com/quantum-structure:70
jQuery 8
quantum-structure:70:51

I don't know what it is , may be something related to a mathematic plugin ?

Thanks for looking into this. I have sent a message to the programmer for the JextBox equation plugin that I use on the website.

Thank you, I passed your comment along to the programmer for JextBox Equation and the problem is now fixed.
