can't make Floating at the Bottom was created by saovry
I have two modules with the same position and I want two of them to stick at the bottom whenever someone scroll down...
Could you guide me please..

sorry but I don't understand the relation with the windows toolbar. This is nothing that is part of your website and can not be used
The top of the module detects the border of the top of the page on scroll (you can set an offset in the options)
when the top borders are at the same level, it becomes sticky
to limit the scroll, you must set the bottom limit which is another html tag in your page
for example : #t4-section-1
to stop when coming at the bottom of the maincontent
