But is not working.

I see that you are using a JSN template ...
please try with Protostar in position-7 and tell me if it works. It could be that your template does not respect the Joomla! standard mod_Chrome feature, and if not then the plugin will not work

what is the result of the test ? does it work with protostar ?

you must understand that I use the joomla standards, but some frameworks of template do not.
Have you asked JSN about this ?
