V1.0.2 was created by trogladyte

This is showing as an update in the Joomla update section from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2. However, there's no new file to download and selectign to update in Joomla also fails.

Custom Canonical also doesn't appear in the Extensions Updater component. Is there an updated file?
