to answer your other question, yes cookies ck works with the language associations. By my side it works, but Car0l had a problem and fixed it like described in the other post

Sure, share is the intention. I yet sent you a request on Transifex to add es-ES and it.
Be careful that say me "it" while should be "it-IT".
After that, Can we expect to have the languages installed directly and/or Will always have to install them manually ?

About the problem encontered from CarOl, I suppose it is something related to the issues I'm investgating on Joomla Multilanguage here and here

for your issue, I can not help. But have you tried in another browser ? I had a similar issue few days ago and that was just my browser the problem (cache, cookies, or something like this)

thanks for adding me to Transifex.

I'm not added to the English language, so I put in evidence here one string:

COOKIESCK_ACCEPT has ben added as "I understand !"
Looking for I noted most of times is "I understood !" that seem to be a little bit better (It implies the acceptance)

...another thing to understand How you want it tranlated:

COOKIESCK_NAME: System - Cookies CK

Almost totality of Plugins / Modules etc. are not translated. So, Do you want/prefer it translated like:

(it) Sistema - Cookies CK

or leave it as:

System - Cookies CK

?!?
